LPGAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPGAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPGAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, TIPRL, and RNPEP. Each is linked with LPGAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPGAT1 versus BROX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
