LPCAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPCAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOBOX, PF4V1, and LCN9. Each is linked with LPCAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT3-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOBOX grouped by LPCAT3-low versus LPCAT3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
