LPCAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPCAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,849 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C5orf51, SCAMP3, and TMEM41B. Each is linked with LPCAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT1 versus C5orf51 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
