Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, ESS2, and SGTA. Each is linked with LPAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPAR2-to-partner and partner-to-LPAR2 results are reported.
