LOXL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,775 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB3, ANTXR2, and MT1X. Each is linked with LOXL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL4-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL4 versus ITGB3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
