Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LOXL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H18_S534, EXT1, and PRMT5. Each is linked with LOXL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL4-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL4 versus ZC3H18_S534 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
