Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LOXL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC5, RN7SKP140, and RAET1K. Each is linked with LOXL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL4-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 grouped by LOXL4-low versus LOXL4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
