LOXL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and Rad50. Each is linked with LOXL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL4-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by LOXL4-low versus LOXL4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
