LOXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 909 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P1, TRBV17, and MTCO2P3. Each is linked with LOXL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P1 grouped by LOXL1-low versus LOXL1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
