Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,852 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LOXL2, NNMT, and C1R. Each is linked with LOX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOX-to-partner and partner-to-LOX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOX versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
