Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,103 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, LOXL2, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with LOX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOX-to-partner and partner-to-LOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOX versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
