Across TCGA cell cohorts, LOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,341 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, Regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation, and Positive regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with LOX in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOX-to-partner and partner-to-LOX results are reported.
