Across TCGA cell cohorts, LOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX4, PRAMEF1, and CFHR5. Each is linked with LOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOX-to-partner and partner-to-LOX results are reported.
