LONRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,705 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, PCM1, and XPO7. Each is linked with LONRF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF1-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONRF1 versus CCAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
