LONRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, CIAO2B, and EXO1. Each is linked with LONRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF1-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIRIP3 grouped by LONRF1-low versus LONRF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
