Across TCGA cell cohorts, LONRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,217 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiolipin metabolic process, Regulation of body fluid levels, and Negative regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with LONRF1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF1-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF1 results are reported.
