LONRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LONRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, EIF3D, and RAB11FIP2. Each is linked with LONRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF1-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by LONRF1-low versus LONRF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
