Across TCGA cell cohorts, LONRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,123 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHG3, TNC, and MYH7B. Each is linked with LONRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF1-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF1 results are reported.
