LNX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPB, SHMT1, and THAP5. Each is linked with LNX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX2-to-partner and partner-to-LNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNX2 versus CLPB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
