LNX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,670 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LNX1_S236, MYO9B, and CD163. Each is linked with LNX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNX1 versus LNX1_S236 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
