LNX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LNX1-AS1, RAB25, and ICAM2. Each is linked with LNX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNX1 versus LNX1-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
