LNX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,909 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETFDH, SERAC1, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with LNX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETFDH grouped by LNX1-low versus LNX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
