The most reproducible LMX1A-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Monosaccharide metabolic process, and Membrane fusion. Each is linked with LMX1A-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1A-AS1 results are reported.
