LMTK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMTK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC13A1, NXF5, and FAM149A. Each is linked with LMTK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMTK2-to-partner and partner-to-LMTK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC13A1 grouped by LMTK2-low versus LMTK2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMTK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMTK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
