LMOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,072 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, VCL_S795, and TAGLN. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMOD1 versus VCL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
