LMOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin_pT1462, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin_pT1462 grouped by LMOD1-low versus LMOD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
