LMOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,784 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISA4, EVI5L, and NATD1. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMOD1 versus SHISA4 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
