Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,251 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.
