LMOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5T2, PRAMEF20, and PRAMEF14. Each is linked with LMOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5T2 grouped by LMOD1-low versus LMOD1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
