Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMO3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMO3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LMO3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and SKCM are the cancer types where LMO3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
