Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMO3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMO3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LMO3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where LMO3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
