LMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R2_S226, RRM2, and CHDH. Each is linked with LMO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO1-to-partner and partner-to-LMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO1 versus PPP4R2_S226 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
