LMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PCNA, and Bax. Each is linked with LMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO1-to-partner and partner-to-LMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by LMO1-low versus LMO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
