LMNB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,159 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, KIF20A, and NEK2. Each is linked with LMNB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB2-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMNB2 versus NCAPG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
