LMNB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1, ANKRD34C, and SPP2. Each is linked with LMNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB2-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN1 grouped by LMNB2-low versus LMNB2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
