Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, SHQ1P1, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with LMNB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB1-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB1 results are reported.
