Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,538 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMNB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle organization, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination. Each is linked with LMNB1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMNB1-to-partner and partner-to-LMNB1 results are reported.
