LMF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,857 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEBP1, XPC, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with LMF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF1-to-partner and partner-to-LMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMF1 versus PEBP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
