LMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN16-AS1, FXN, and CTU2. Each is linked with LMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF1-to-partner and partner-to-LMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN16-AS1 grouped by LMF1-low versus LMF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
