Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,202 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Flagellated sperm motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with LMF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMF1-to-partner and partner-to-LMF1 results are reported.
