LMBRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,625 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAIP1, WDR70, and PPP1R7. Each is linked with LMBRD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBRD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMBRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBRD2 versus PAIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
