LMBR1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,214 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBR1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID1, CLINT1, and HSPG2. Each is linked with LMBR1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBR1L versus NID1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
