LMBR1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBR1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC2, KAT8, and GTPBP4. Each is linked with LMBR1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBR1L versus WFDC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.93.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
