LMBR1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBR1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Lck, and MSH6. Each is linked with LMBR1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by LMBR1L-low versus LMBR1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
