Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMBR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,093 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMBR1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with LMBR1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by LMBR1L-low versus LMBR1L-high in STOMACH.
