LMBR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, TRIM24, and UBE3C. Each is linked with LMBR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBR1 versus ZKSCAN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
