LMBR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,370 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGFR, MGAT3, and ABCA12. Each is linked with LMBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMBR1 versus PTGFR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
