Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, HER3_pY1289, and Ku80. Each is linked with LMBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMBR1-to-partner and partner-to-LMBR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by LMBR1-low versus LMBR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
