LMAN2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMAN2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,526 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are KANSL3, CNNM4, and SAP130. Each is linked with LMAN2L in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN2L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMAN2L versus KANSL3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
