Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMAN1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMAN1L data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LMAN1L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMAN1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
COAD, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where LMAN1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
